Fare enquiries and quotations
Website fares are starting or indicative prices. A fare enquiry or an opened WhatsApp conversation is not a confirmed booking. A trip is confirmed only after Coorg Easy Go provides a written quotation, the traveller accepts the stated terms, and any agreed confirmation step is completed.
What a written quote should state
- Pickup and drop points, dates, trip type and vehicle.
- Included kilometres or hours and the applicable extra-kilometre or extra-hour rate.
- Driver allowance, toll, parking, airport charge, state permit, night charge and taxes.
- Any advance requested and the applicable cancellation or change terms.
Changes to a trip
Route, timing, duration, passenger, luggage or vehicle changes may affect availability and fare. Any revised price or condition should be accepted in writing before the changed service begins.
Cancellations and refunds
The applicable cancellation charge and refund eligibility must be stated in the traveller’s written quotation or booking confirmation. Do not make an advance payment until those terms and payment instructions have been provided and accepted.
Cab-only packages
Displayed tour-package prices are cab-only unless a written quotation says otherwise. Hotel, food, entry tickets, activities, local jeep hire, parking, tolls and state taxes may be excluded.
